Thursday (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM): Game Night
Kick off the weekend with fun and friendly competition! Join us for a variety of games including Family Feud, Robert & Arena Williams Family Jeopardy, dominoes, and spades. Bring your game face and let's make some unforgettable memories!
Friday (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM): Bus Tour & Block/Pool Party
Hop on the bus at 10:00 AM for a beloved tradition—our city tour celebrating rich Black history and the soulful charm of the South (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM).
Afterward, we’ll keep the fun going with a block and pool party in the hotel courtyard! Enjoy line dancing, great food, swimming, music, and heartfelt fellowship.
Saturday (11:00 AM – 2:00 PM): Family Luncheon
Join us in the hotel ballroom for our annual family luncheon. Let’s share a meal, take photos, and make lasting memories with the ones we love most.
Sunday (9:00 AM – 10:30 AM): Sunday Morning Worship
Let’s close out our amazing weekend in praise. Join us in the hotel ballroom as we lift our voices and spirits together in worship.
